Pet Policy

Due to increased pressures from our insurance companies, we can only accept certain types of pets in our rental properties.  Pit bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Mastiff or dogs weighing more than 40 pounds ARE NOT ACCEPTED at any of our rental locations.

For our single family homes, only one dog weighing up to 40 pounds will be considered.  One “comfort” or “companion” dog under 25 pounds is welcome at any of our rentals. However, we require a written certification of necessity from a licensed doctor who has had an established relationship with the applicant for a minimum of 6 month. The certification must have the doctors name, address and medical license number and the original signature of the doctor.  No photocopies. 

Furthermore, dogs must be spayed or neutered, maintain an up to date shot record and be licensed by the local humane society throughout the term of occupancy.

Additionally, your dog must not annoy, bother or threaten any neighbor, management or management’s vendors.

One cat is welcome in any of our homes or apartments.  Proof that the cat is spayed or neutered is required prior to move in.

Failure to follow these requirements will be considered an irremediable breach of the rental agreement and subject you to being asked to move.

All pet owners will be required to have a renters insurance policy in force and effect prior to move in and during the entire occupancy period.  The management must be listed as an “interested party” on the policy.

Management reserves the right to change or modify any or all of these requirements at any time, without notice, prior to occupancy.
